Dr. Sayah earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia, followed by a one-year oral and maxillofacial surgery internship.
She completed her surgical residency at Christiana Care in Wilmington, Delaware, where she served as Chief Resident. Her training includes bone grafting, orthognathic surgery, cosmetic surgery, anesthesia, and the anatomy of the head and neck.
Originally from Washington, D.C. and raised in a multicultural family, Dr. Sayah brings curiosity, empathy, and respect for Hawai‘i’s culture to her work on the Big Island. Outside the operating room, she enjoys classical piano, hiking, travel, soccer, and time with family and friends.
